This is down to a bad global economy which has seen Lloyds TSB shares down by 0% and also the knock on effect of the fund set aside for the mis-selling of Payment Protection Insurance (PPI).

Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) was widely mis-sold over the last 10 years, and meant that bankers lost their court case in the Judicial Review. Meaning that they had to set aside £3.2 billion, for repayments and compensation to its customers.

Consumers are fed up of bankers being able to not perform their jobs properly and get away with massive bonuses every years, as staff lose their jobs and the likes of lloyds tsb rip their customers off to the tune of £3.2 billion its time to take a stand and say this time we win.
