Working at Plockton Inn

Often referred to as the ‘Jewel of the Highlands’, Plockton Inn is our homely hotel near Skye. Located in Lochalsh, in the quaint bay side village of Plockton, our hotel is a home away from home for those looking to explore the stunning northwest Scottish Highlands and nearby Hebridean islands. The picturesque village offers breathtaking landscapes and scenery, thriving marine sea life, secluded bays, castles, beaches and more.

  • For this fantastic role we are offering £10 per hour. You can also earn up to £3k per annum in gratuities which we pay out monthly.

Role Summary

As a Bar Person you will prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, and ensure the bar area is maintained on stock and cleanliness. You will assist in offering a warm and relaxed atmosphere for our guests and visitors, serving our vast selection of malt whisky and local ales. You will work with the team to deliver a memorable experience to our guests through first-class service in our food and accommodation offerings.

What we need from you

This role is the perfect starting point for those who want to kick-start their career in hospitality therefore, experience is not essential. We provide training and support throughout your career journey, all we ask is you have the passion to become a hospitality professional and the desire to
deliver great service!
